Liverpool attacker Sadio Mane has jokingly made a “revelation” about Firmino, showing off Liverpool’s good locker room atmosphere.

Mane, Salah and Firmino established themselves as one of the deadliest attacking trios in the Premier League, as well as in European football last season, as they were responsible for 91 goals. The trio also helped their club to reach the final of the UEFA Champions League, where they ultimately lost against Real Madrid.

After acquiring the services of Virgil Van Dijk in January and following that up with the signatures of Fabinho, Alisson, Naby Keita and Xherdan Shaqiri during the summer transfer window, the Reds are expected to challenge for the League title this season.

So far, they are looking like they are a team worthy of winning the title ,as could be seen during their 4-0 win over West Ham and their hard-fought 2-0 win over Crystal Palace.

It remains to be seen though, whether they will be able to usurp the reigning Premier League Champions Manchester City as the kings of English football.

City have also started the League in fine form, as could be seen during their victories against Arsenal and Huddersfield Town.

Firmino has yet to find the back of the net this season, but he and Mane have so far already been involved in five goals.

“The fans deserve to know the truth – Firmino copies me, not me copying him!” Mane told Copa90.

“The kick was me. We try it in training. He scored and I was behind him, and he did it.

“The dance with Philippe [Coutinho] and Bobby was mine too!”

Mane will likely play a key role in any success Liverpool enjoy this season.
