Mexico and England will square off this Tuesday, May 29, 2018 (10:30 AM Pacific) in the second series of games in the Toulon Tournament. Both sides make part of Group A along with Qatar and China.
In the first fixture, Mexico absoltely dominated Qatar and won the game 4-1. Club America prospect winger Diego Lainez was a real threat throughout the match and finished with a goal and an assist. Mexico will not have such an easy opponent in England, there Tuesday’s game should be the most entertaining from the group.
England had a more dfficult encounter in their first match when they faced China. While match ended 2-1 in favor of England, the Europeans were unable to produce offensively well unto the second half.
