According to The Sun, Leeds United are keen on bringing Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez to Elland Road from his loan spell at Getafe.
Whites backup shotstopper Andy Lonergan is expected to complete a switch to Sunderland on Wednesday as per reports, and should the 34-year-old leave to reunite with Black Cats assistant Kit Symons, who signed him for Fulham in 2015, Leeds will move for Martinez.
The 25-year-old is currently on his 5th loan spell away from the Emirates, but he remains highly-rated by the north London giants.
Martinez has played just 4 La Liga games for Getafe, and could favour a return to the Championship following loan spells with Sheffield Wednesday, Rotherham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Argentine will be expected to serve primarily as backup to Felix Wiedwald, but he could push for a starting berth given his wealth of experience with the Arsenal first team.
