Italian giants reportedly set sight on Tottenham playmaker

The British reputable newspaper, The Sun, have broadcasted the news from renowned Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio regarding the future of Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Erik Lamela.

According to the reports, Italian giants Inter Milan are looking to bring the 25-year-old player at Giuseppe Meazza next summer.

The former Roma playmaker has been struggling with injuries over the last couple of months, but Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino profoundly appreciates the player, hoping to reintegrate him in his first-team after the recovery.

The Nerrazuri coach, Luciano Spalletti, is determined to boost his squad after mediocre performances from Marcelo Brozovic and Matias Vecino this season and it seems he has named the left-footed forward as an ideal reinforcement for next season.

The talented winger is known for his tricky dribbling, and passing and striking abilities. He also possesses excellent technique and vision. As Pochettino seems reluctant to spend vast of money for new players, Lamela’s recovery might be considered a boost for Tottenham.

The Spurs are looking to keep all their players, including Lamela. So, the transfer is highly improbable.
