22-year-old right-back drops massive clue hinting at Elland Road move this month

Leeds have been left with an emergency need for a right-back after Luke Ayling suffered an ankle injury that has ruled him out of the campaign.

Frantic efforts are ongoing in order to land a quality fullback capable of covering for the 26-year-old, and it seems recalling Lewie Coyle from his season-long loan at League One side Fleetwood Town could be considered.

The 22-year-old has been impressive at Highbury Stadium thus far, and his form suggests he could be a solid option to replace Ayling

The latest social media activities of the Leeds Academy graduate hint at Elland Road return before the end of January.

Coyle’s coy reply to a tweet from his brother – boxer Tommy – having earlier retweeted it has seen lots of fans react to the cryptic post.

Leeds have the option to recall the right-back from his loan this month, and considering it would cost them nothing, a move to have their player back in a very crucial period will be a wise one.
