Leeds United manager Thomas Christiansen has suggested that his club will not be signing a new striker this month and this will certainly be disappointing for many fans of the club.
The Whites strike force has been called into question during recent weeks as they have managed to score just eight goals from their last several Championship games.
Though it is not a bad situation, there is concern over Kemar Roofe and Pierre-Michel Lasogga are the men who the Yorkshire giants should be mainly relying upon as they look to challenge for a place in the Championship playoffs.
In addition to the above mentioned duo, Christiansen also has Jay-Roy Grot and Caleb Ekuban to call upon and he has suggested that he will not be bringing in a new striker this month.
He told LUTV: “We have enough strikers up front. We have Jay, we have Pierre, we have Roofie, we have Ekuban when he comes back from the injury. There’s four strikers there.”
