Diego Costa reportedly could influence major January deal for Everton and West Ham

Diego Costa’s official and 2nd unveiling as an Atletico Madrid could see the club’s out-of-favour Argentine playmaker Nicolas Gaitan head for an exit this month, with West Ham and Everton amongst the 4 Premier League suitors keen on the 29-year-old.

Atletico have also been boosted by the services of Vitolo who returns from his Las Palmas loan following his summer arrival, making Gaitan surplus to requirements in the attacking department.

The former Benfica star has played just 12 games this term, and could be snapped up for £13million despite arriving for £20million 2 summers ago.

Everton are looking to add more firing power to their attack, and despite closing in on a £25million deal for Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun, manager Sam Allardyce could still make a move to land Gaitan.

West Ham are also in need of reinforcements and the playmaking genius could help take the pressure off their shoulders.

Crystal Palace and Southampton are also keen on Gaitan, and considering he could still replicate his form of his Benfica days at his next club, any side that land him can consider themselves lucky.
