According to The Express, out-of-favour Celtic midfielder Liam Henderson is attracting the quartet of Ostersunds, Bari, Hibernian and Preston North End in the current transfer window.
The 21-year-old academy graduate has played just a game this term, and has joined a growing Parkhead exit list that includes defensive pair Erik Sviatchenko and Cristian Gamboa, and midfielders Eboue Kouassi and Kundai Benyu.
Henderson’s contract ends at the end of the campaign, and Celtic are ready to cash in on him this month rather than lose him for free come summer.
Since his senior team bow in 2013, the Scotland under-21 international has had successful loans spells with Norwegian side Rosenborg in 2015 and Hibernian in 2016, helping them win the Scottish Cup.
For all his talents and potential, breaking into the first team picture at Parkhead won’t be happening anytime soon for Henderson, and it’s only right that both player and club part ways and move on.
