Leeds United youngster reportedly nearing

exitThe Yorkshire post have reported that Leeds’ youth academy product Mallik Wilks is about to be loaned out again after returning from a loan spell at Accrington Stanley.

The 19-year-old forward spent the first half of the season on loan at lower division side Accrington Stanley, where he managed to pick up eighteen games, scoring three goals in the process.

Despite the successive period in the League Two, it is hard say that he will stay at Leeds for the second half of the season. Now according to reports, it has been claimed that due to a lack of experience, Wilks will be sent on loan again for further improvement.

Although Leeds are looking for a striker, manager Thomas Christiansen still prefers an experienced player.

For now though, they have not been able to find an adequate solution for the attack, so it is possible that the youngster could remain with the squad. In any case, there are clubs that shown interest for Wilks, but the manager will have the last word.
