Tottenham boss admits he could recall Aston Villa man

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has said that he has the option to recall Josh Onomah from his loan spell with Aston Villa during the January transfer window.

“We have the possibility to bring them back,” the Argentine said, according to The Guardian.

The youngster was sent out on loan to Villa during the summer and has excelled under the guidance of Steve Bruce.

The 20-year-old has established himself as a key member of the Villains first team as they aim to win promotion to the Premier League.

Villa fans will surely be hoping that the youngster will remain with them until the end of the season and some will even hope that he will sign permanently.

However Pochettino would love to see more home grown players in his side and admitted that this could mean a return for Onomah and Cameron Carter-Vickers, who is currently on loan with Sheffield United.
