Leeds United are scouting Saint Pauli forward Marvin Ducksch, who is currently on loan at Holstein Kiel, with the view of signing the towering forward in the January transfer window, according to the Daily Mail.
Ducksch is amongst the top scorers in Bundesliga two this season, with the 23-year-old already bagging 11 goals in just 16 appearances during the current campaign so far.
Such impressive form means that there is definite interest from both within Germany and abroad for Ducksch and one of the clubs currently scouting the striker with curiosity is Championship side Leeds United – according to the Daily Mail.
United are reportedly looking for a new striker to help them regain their form and make a push for the automatic promotion places in the Championship.
Leeds were among the early pace setters in the Championship table but over the last month, the Whites’ season has derailed due to inconsistency and the Yorkshire club are now fighting for the playoff positions.
As a result, Ducksch can surely add the quality needed to help Leeds to regain their form and assist the Whites in making a late push for the automatic promotion places.
