According to a report published by The Daily Mirror, West Ham and Crystal Palace are both interested in signing Harry Arter from Bournemouth.

The 27-year-old Arter has so far played 9 games in all competitions and scored one goal for the Cherries who are languishing in 13th position on the standings. Arter’s currently contract with the Cherries runs until 2021.
Bournemouth could therefore likely be hesitant to sell him at this point in time as his performances have been solid whenever called upon.
