Tottenham are reportedly plotting a move for Watford’s Richarlison.
Despite having only arrived at the Hornets during the summer from Brazilian club Fluminense, the youngster has quickly adapted to the Premier League and has been outstanding for his club.
The Spurs scouts have been regularly attending Watford’s games this season in order to monitor the player’s performances.
Richarlison has so far started 10 out of Watford’s 11 League games this season, scoring four times in the process and has been one of their best players thus far this season. His current deal with the club is set to expire in 2022.
However based on the way that he is progressing, it will be hard to see him staying till the end of the contract at Vicarage Road, given that bigger clubs are likely to come knocking on the door to sign him.
The prospect of earning bigger wages and playing for a club that can challenge for trophies is likely to also be something that is appealing.
