Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly pushing for his side to sign Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen after the Danish international delivered a sterling performance during Spurs 3-1 Champions League triumph over Spurs on Wednesday night.
Eriksen scored the third goal for Spurs on the night following Dele Alli’s brace. In addition to this, he also had a pass accuracy rate of 84% and had three goals at goal.
Impressively he also managed to complete more tackles than Madrid midfielders Toni Kroos and Luka Modric combined.
Real have not managed to emulate their performances of the past few years this season so far and they will likely spend heavily on bolstering their midfield during the upcoming transfer windows.
They are a club that is renowned for buying the World’s most talented players for large sums of money and it would come as no surprise if they do attempt to swoop for Eriksen.
