The Daily Mail have reported that Tottenham Hotspur are the latest club to show interest in Turkish international striker Cenk Tosun.
Tosun has drawn the attention of many clubs this season after starring in the Champions League. The 26 year old has managed to notch three goals from three appearances in Europe’s Premier Club competition, which included a brace against Monaco while he has also found the back of the net four times in the Turkish League.
Other clubs that have been rumored to also be interested in Tosun include Everton, Crystal Palace and Borussia Dortmund
Besiktas currently sit on top of Group G in the Champions League and they will surely not want to part ways with their prized asset in January should they reach the knockout stages.
An interesting fact about Tosun is that he has previously represented Germany at under 21 level but opted to represent Turkey at senior level after Guus Hiddink managed to convince him to do so.
