West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has spoken out about how he selects his team.
Bilic has been largely criticized for his squad selections this season as the Hammers have so far picked up just several points from several games.
He has also substituted Javier Hernandez during recent times despite the Mexican being arguably one of the best and most lethal finishers in the side.
Whilst talking about how he selects his team, Bilic said, “Nothing gives you as much credit as the games. Games are where it counts. It’s like a credit card.
“If it’s flat you cannot get the money out of the cash machine, you cannot go shopping. Every training session gives you a little plus or minus. And the players know that.”
Bilic is still under pressure and should the Hammers not get good results from their upcoming fixtures, then there is a good chance that he could be sacked in the near future.
