According to reports, Tottenham, West Ham and Bournemouth are all keeping tabs of PSV wonderkid Steven Bergwijn.
The 20 year old is viewed as of the best young talents in Dutch football after breaking onto the scene last season.
A number of clubs in England have taken notice of Bergwijn, with three having sent scouts to watch him in action.
Spurs whose boss Mauricio Pochettino is a big fan of recruiting young talent have been watching the player since he broke onto the scene last term.
West Ham are also interested. After opting to recruit more experienced players over the years, the Hammers will need to start investing in younger talent and Bergwijn is an alleged target. Bournemouth are another club who are said to be interested.
In the end, the club that Bergwijn ends up joining will come down to who can offer him the best assurances over first team football.
That could be difficult at Spurs, though the prospect of playing under Pochettino could be appealing for the youngster.
