The agent of Ghana youngster Rashid Alhassan of Aduana Stars has claimed that West Ham, American club Chicago Fire and German club Hannover are interested in his client. Alhassan is a 17 year old defender who plays as a left-back and who is highly rated.
He is also currently a member of the Ghana under-17 squad and could develop into a world-class talent during the coming years.
He is also expected to shine during the Fifa Under 17 World Cup in India after staring for his country during the 2017 African under 17 Championships in Gabon.
Alhassan could be keen on a move to the Hammers considering that they are a respected English Premiership club.
Samuel Akoto Asante, who is the player’s agent, confirmed that there is interest from West Ham and said, “There are several interest at the moment. But I can speak of the ones from West Ham and Chicago Fire from the US.
“Hannover are also interested in his services. We’ll look at the best option before deciding on his future.”
