Match Preview

Georgia has been one of the more unimpressive sides in these qualifiers, currently fifth with five points in Group D of this tournament. The Crusaders are undefeated in their last three games with ties against Austria, Moldova and the Republic of Ireland but should still struggle in this match against a much more potent Wales side. Few players on Georgia play domestically with players spread across leagues in Europe but the quality of these players still is not close to Wales.

Wales will be missing its star player Gareth Bale due to injury in this match, which could prove to be a massive downfall for the team. The Dragons are second with 14 points in Group D, just four points behind first-place Serbia and the three points from this game are crucial to Wales’ World Cup aspirations.

Chris Coleman still counts with some very talented players like Aaron Ramsey, Ashley Williams and Joe Allen and should be able to get the win against Georgia. The Dragons failed to defeat Georgia last time the two teams played each other as the game ended in a 1-1 draw but should have better luck this time around.
