West Ham offered a chance to sign 107-goal-74-assist attacker

Walcott

According to reports, West Ham have been offered the chance to sign Arsenal forward Theo Walcott.

Walcott has slipped down the pecking order at the Gunners during recent years and manager Arsene Wenger is now said to be willing to let go off him.

Considering that the player has 18 months left on his current contract, Arsenal will need to sell as soon as possible in order to ensure that they cash in from a sale.

With 47 England caps to his name as well as 107 Arsenal goals and 74 assists from 390 matches, Walcott will be a good signing for the Hammers.

It remains to be seen if the Hammers will swoop during the January transfer window as they are currently not short off options up front.

However Everton have been linked with a possible move for Andy Carroll and should that happen, they may consider bringing in Walcott as a replacement.
