According to reports, Carlo Ancelotti has become the favorite to replace Slaven Bilic as manager of West Ham.
Ancelotti was this week sacked from Bayern Munich after the German giants lost 3-0 in a Champions League encounter against PSG.
Bilic is under pressure as the Hammers have got off to a disappointing start after losing four out of their six Premiership matches this season and only claiming four points in the process.
Should they end up losing to Swansea this weekend, there is a strong possibility that Bilic could be sacked shortly after.
Other names that have been thrown into the mix as possible successors to Bilic should he be sacked are Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez as well as former Borussia Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel.
Bilic admitted on Thursday that he knows that his job is on the line and said, “I’m coping with it. I got used to that. I am doing my job. It affects you, of course it does. You are human.
“I can see that it’s happening to some new managers. Sometimes it’s easier when it happens to other managers, sometimes it makes you more p***ed off when it happens to your colleagues.”
