According to reports, Real Madrid could make a move for Tottenham star Harry Kane should they fail in their attempts to sign Alexis Sanchez next summer.
Sanchez’s current contract is set to expire at the end of the season and he has yet to sign a contract extension with the Gunners, which means that there is a good chance that he will leave.
The Chile international was close to joining Manchester City on deadline day though a potential deal collapsed after the Gunners failed to secure the services of Thomas Lemar.
Arsenal will allow Sanchez to speak to other clubs as January could present their final chance to cash in by selling him.
Madrid are reportedly interested in Sanchez but if they fail in the pursuit, they will reportedly consider a move for Kane.
Tottenham superstar Kane could also be a good replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid, who is now entering the latter phase of his career, but it remains to be seen if Spurs will sell the England international.
