Former West Ham boss Sam Allardyce has said that he has no interest in once again becoming Crystal Palace manager.
Following Palace’s bad start to this season, manager Frank de Boer has been criticized and speculation has emerged suggesting that Allardyce could be set to become manager of the club.
After helping Palace avoid relegation last season, Allardyce parted ways with the Eagles during the summer. He has since indicated that he is not interested in any job for the time being. It remains to be seen if Allardyce will re-enter management.
Considering that he has developed a knack for helping clubs avoid relegation, there will be bound to be teams approaching him as the relegation battles begin.
The experienced manager however has indicated that he is not interested in returning to management just as yet and said, “Being associated with any club at this early stage of the season would not be of any interest to me at the moment.
“I have just had a trip to Hawaii watching from afar and I went to watch Manchester United on Saturday and I wouldn’t associate myself with any job at this moment in time.
