Tottenham receive huge boost just a fortnight ahead of the start of the season

Tottenham have received a boost after it has been confirmed that Heung-Son Min has returned to training with the club.

The 24-year-old Son broke his right forearm while on international duty for South Korea in Doha in June and was expected to be on the sidelines for up to three months.

However, Son returned to training for the first time in six weeks during a non-contact session held by Spurs on Thursday.

He will be hoping to go from strength to strength during the upcoming season and guide Spurs to major trophies, ending their trophy drought which has been ongoing since they won the League Cup in 2008.

Son scored 21 goals from 47 matches in all competitions last season and did a good job in terms of providing support to the clubs main striker Harry Kane. Spurs are currently without Danny Rose who hopes to be back before the end of August.
