According to popular Bookmakers Skybet, Newcastle United are favorites to land out of favor Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi this summer.
After arriving at Stamford Bridge from Marseille last summer for £33 million, Batshuayi struggled for regular game time with Chelsea and is likely to struggle for game time again at the club next season should he stay, given that Romelu Lukaku is expected to sign soon.
Though Batshuayi appeared in 28 matches in all competitions this past season, only seven of those were starts and he still managed to score an impressive nine goals.
He will want to play more regularly as he looks to cement his place in the Belgium squad for the 2018 World Cup. A move to Newcastle will likely help him earn regular first team action.
The Magpies lie narrowly ahead of second favorites Everton (7/2) as well as Monaco (5/1), West Ham (6/1) and French Ligue 1 outfit Marseille (9/1).
