Star Tom Rogic has been tipped to become future captain of Celtic by Socceroos legend Paul Wade.
Wade, who boasts the second highest number of appearances for the Socceroo’s, is confident that Rogic will one day become captain and said, “Tom is just as cool as a cucumber and I have no doubt in the world he can dictate a game.
“He’s a certainty to be made captain one day. Absolutely, no doubt. He’ll have to put in a few more years yet because it’s all right being a cool cat, but you’ve got to have the experience”.
Rogic is currently on international duty and will be high on confidence having played for the Bhoys team which claimed treble success this past season.
The 24-year-old Rogic also ended this past season on a high by scoring the winning goal during Celtic’s 2-1 Scottish Cup final victory against Aberdeen.
