According to reports, Everton have shown an interest in signing Barcelona striker Munir El Haddadi.
The 21-year-old Munir spent this past season on loan with La Liga club Valencia, for whom he scored eight goals and contributed three assists from 39 appearances.
Munir is seemingly not part of Barcelona’s plans and Valencia have until June 15 to decide whether they wish to sign him permanently for £10 million.
Munir still has two years left on his contract and will likely be sold this summer in order to free up space within the Barcelona squad for new coach Ernesto Valverde, who replaced Luis Enrique last week.
Should Valencia not follow up, Munir could be headed to Everton. However West Ham, Crystal Palace, Southampton, Real Sociedad and Ajax are also interested in signing the striker, who boasts one appearance for the Spain national team. He will certainly not be short of options this summer.
