Italian Serie A outfit Fiorentina have set their sights on West Ham midfielder Pedro Obiang according to reports.
The Spanish international Obiang was one of the bright sparks for the Hammers, who were largely disappointing this season, and his performances have grabbed the attention of a number of clubs.
Fiorentina are set to let off a number of players this summer and may test the Hammers by submitting offers for Obiang, who formerly played for Sampadoria in Italy and joined the Hammers in 2015 for €6 million.
During this season, the 25-year-old Obiang contributed one goal and one assist to his side from 30 appearances in the league.
Fiorentina were also said to be interested in luring Obiang during the January transfer window though no bid was submitted. Considering that Obiang is a first team regular within the West Ham squad, the team will be reluctant to part ways at this point in time.
