Heung Son-Min has insisted that Tottenham Hotspur are focused winning every game rather than catching Premier League leaders Chelsea.
For the second season in a row, Spurs are the team that are chasing the Premier League leaders. Last season, they unsuccessfully tried to usurp Leicester City at the summit of the Premier League and ended up finishing third on the standings.
While many fans believe that the club should launch a title charge, Son insisted that this is not the club’s primary focus by saying, “We just focus on us, that’s very important. Sometimes they win and sometimes they drop points, either can happen. The important thing is our game, we are just looking forward to winning every game.”
Spurs are one of the teams that have progressed since Mauricio Pochettino took change and are now genuine title contenders. Son himself admitted that he hopes to win the Premier League title.
