Vincent Janssen has said that Tottenham “are ready” to face off against Southampton on Sunday. The struggling striker posted in social media website Twitter,
Good times during training today. ☝??? We’re ready for Southampton! #COYS pic.twitter.com/n7Xwf5I52N

The 22-year-old has had an underwhelming start to life at White Hart Lane since arriving from AZ Alkmaar during the summer and only scored his first goal from open play against Millwall during his club’ s 6-0 rout of the League 1 club during the FA Cup last week.
From 30 games in all competitions for the North London club this season, the Dutch international has bagged only five goals, four of which came from the penalty spot.
Despite his poor form Janssen may be handed a start for the clash against the Saints, due to Harry Kane’s injury setback.
Based on current form and with home advantage on their side, Tottenham will go into the game as favorites. However they will have to contain in-form striker Manolo Gabbiadini who has bagged six goals from four matches in all competitions since arriving at Southampton in January.
