West Ham star not fond of the London Stadium

West Ham’s Pedro Obiang has highlighted some of the problems facing the club this season during an interview with the Daily Star.

According to Obiang, the size of the pitch is one of the reasons why the Hammers have struggled to exert themselves at their new home ground.

The Hammers have the sixth worst home record in the Premiership this season and will face a tough challenge against league leaders Chelsea on Monday.

Obiang, who has arguably been one of the best West Ham players this season, highlighted why he feels his club have struggled at their new ground, saying, “I don’t need to explain because clearly, it’s bigger. It’s also difficult to listen to the fans and for us, the pitch is very big.”

The East London outfit will be looking to finish as high as possible this season under Slaven Bilic. Their recent run of good form will give them confidence.
