Everton and Tottenham are in the race to sign Sampdoria star Karol Linetty.
The 22-year-old joined Sampdoria for a bargain price of £3 million last summer and has managed to impress, notching four assists during his 26 matches in all competitions for the Italian club this season.
Transfer Market Web have reported that Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are now monitoring the player. They are also set to compete with German club Borrusia Dortmund who are also keen.
Should Sampadoria opt to sell, Linetty is likely to not come cheap as he is contracted with the Italian club until 2021.
Linetty may certainly be a useful signing. Despite only being 22, he has already made 22 international appearances for Poland, notching one goal in the process.
The player would certainly be attracted by a move to Premier League clubs that that are interested and in the end it will come down to who offers the best deal.
