Newcastle United midfielder Jack Colback believes that his team can give their fans a reward by winning an early promotion to the Premier League in the next few weeks.
Many believe that should Newcastle obtain 90 points, they will win the League. Though automatic promotion will be the clubs priority aim, Rafa Benitez wants his club to win the title.
To achieve promotion early, the Magpies need to win their next few games which include matches against promotion chasers Huddersfield and Brighton who are second on the Championship standings.
It will definitely not be an easy task; however Colback has maintained that his team-mates are up for the challenge.
He said, “As players and as a group, we are looking at one game at a time. We have an idea of how many games we need to win. But I think we have always gone into every game trying to win it, home and away. We try to win each game.”
