Report: West Ham will appoint Premier League winner if Bilic is sacked

Darren Lewis of The Mirror has reported that former Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini is prepared to take over as manager of West Ham, should the club decide to part ways with Slaven Bilic.

The Italian manager is said to be keen on managing in the Premier League again and with West Ham said to review SlavenBilic’s performances at the end of the season, he could be a possible candidate for the job.

If West Ham decide to sack Bilic it will not be too expensive on their side as he has just one year remaining on his current contract.

Mancini has been without a job since the beginning of the season after he parted ways with Inter Milan.  He has been spotted in London and Paris over recent times and also attended West Ham’s 4-0 thrashing at the hands of Manchester City which has fuelled speculation about his future.

However he has also been linked with the PSG management role and failed to deny interest in the position.
