Report: Tottenham transfer target revolting at his current club

Turkish club Galatasaray are set to fine Bruma after his ill-discipline against Erzincanspor in the Turkish Cup according to Fotomac. The Portuguese player is reportedly unsettled at the club after they turned down an offer from Tottenham to sign him.

Bruma was subbed off in the 66th minute of the game and thereafter tried to walk straight down the tunnel. Galatasary manager Riekernik told the player to sit on the bench and an exchange of words between the two is reported to have taken place.

As a result of this, it is believed that Bruma will be left on the bench for Galatasaray’s match against Akhisarspor during the weekend.

The attacker also reportedly wants a new deal with Galatasaray but is demanding that his salary be increased from €1.2 million per year after tax to €4 million which Galatasary are not prepared to offer.

Sportswitness claimed earlier in the transfer window that Galatasaray rejected an €15 million offer from Tottenham for the player as they were looking for €20 million. Tottenham are believed to have not followed up on the initial bid.
