Guilem Balague has ruled out Tottenham signing Real Madrid’s Isco or Malaga’s Sandro Ramirez. After continuing their impressive form from last season, Spurs have once again established themselves as genuine title coRntenders.
The Independent reported in December that Totenham were monitoring Isco ahead of the January transfer window. Isco has managed to net five goals in 13 games in La Liga this season though he has started just five games. The lack of game time is likely to frustrate him.
Over the past few months, the independent have been regularly linking Tottenham with the signing in Malaga’s Sandro Ramirez. From 17 games, the forward boasts 7 goals.
When asked about the likelihood of the two transfers, the Sky Sports expert Balague said, “Spurs don’t want Sandro and although they tried for Isco in the summer they are not after him now and he is not going to leave.”
Balague is correct in a sense that the transfers will not happen now. However anything is possible during the summer window and a lot will happen between now and then.
