Arsene Wenger is on his heals to get the signature of Alvaro Morata as soon as possible. Arsenal are ready to make the 23-year-old their highest paid player for £155,000-a-week, reports The Sun. Alvaro Morata is keen on a move away from Turin.
Amidst all the rumours, Real Madrid are eyeing to make a profit by activating the buy-back-clause which they inserted in Morata’s contract before selling him to Juventus. However, Real Madrid are expected to sell the forward to Arsenal without creating any problem for Arsene Wenger.
Morata has been a key figure in Juve’s side ever since he joined them. He has improved a lot since his days at Real Madrid. Italian football has helped him to mature as a player and develop his attributes. His dribbling and speed are notably the best attributes which will come in handy in EPL.
It will be fairly easy for Arsenal to grab a hold of Morata. The Spaniard is keen on a move to the Premier League and the Gunners are leading the race to land him at the Emirate Stadium. Moreover, Real Madrid are also not keen on keeping him at the Bernabeu, as they will be interested in a big name signing before the transfer-ban.
