Chelsea are looking to make a move for Wayne Rooney during the January transfer window, according to reports from the Daily Express
It has been clear to see that Chelsea are currently undergoing a terrible campaign and with seven defeats from 12 matches, the Blues seem to already have relinquished their Premier League crown.

Rooney has been out of sorts this season for United but Mourinho remains a keen admirer of the 30-year old and the Portuguese manager will be launching an ambitious swoop to land the England skipper in January.
