Mexican National Team member, Hector Herrera, scored his first official goal for FC Porto in the 4-0 win against Olhanense. The 23 year old entered the match in the 76th minute, and scored the final goal of the match in a wonderful manner.
The goal happened in the 84th after Herrera ran with the ball through the center of the field just outside the box. He passed the ball to forward Jackson Martinez on a through-ball, however, a defender from Olhanense deflected it. Herrera never stopped running, and luckily found the ball on his path. The Mexican star did not think it twice and took a potent shot right on the edge of the box.
The ball went furiously above the goalkeeper, hit the top bar, and went into the goal. The goal was a masterpiece, from a player who is beginning to obtain more minutes for the Portuguese team. That goal helped Porto win 4-0, but most importantly, it has the team in 2nd place, just two points behind the leader Sporting Lisboa.
