Tottenham star reportedly not leaving this summer amidst huge interests from financially-buoyant suitors

According to The Sun, Tottenham left-back Danny Rose won’t be leaving north London this summer despite the exit talks his last week’s infamous interview sparked.

Having claimed he’s open to a departure if a right offer is tabled and accepted, Manchester United and Chelsea got linked with a serious move for the 27-year-old.

However, Rose has since apologized, been sanctioned a £130,000 fine by Spurs, and both parties are willing to continue their decade-long working partnership.

The England international has been out of action since March, but is now nearing a return to training and could feature for Spurs before the month ends.

Since arriving from Leeds in 2007, Rose has progressed through the ranks to establish himself as a key part of manager Mauricio Pochettino’s starting XI in the past 3 campaigns.

His performances in the last 2 seasons, in which he contributed 3 goals and 5 assists, have seen him earn consecutive spots in the PFA Team of the Year, and he is arguably the best left-back in the topflight.

Keeping Rose beyond next summer should be top priority for Spurs due to his unrivalled quality, and his dreams of winning silverware can be achieved at the club if all things fall into place.
