Rangers reportedly face another setback in their hopes of signing top target

Norwich City have rejected the second offer from Glasgow Rangers for their midfield star Graham Dorrans, according to the Scottish Sun.

The 30-year-old player is a primary target of Gers boss Pedro Caixinha, who personally send a message to the player saying that he will try to close the deal with the Canaries officials, recently but a transfer is not close to completion as of yet.

The Scottish Sun reports that after the initial bid of £700,000, which was rejected, Rangers improved their offer to just under £1 million.

However, Norwich City management have refused to accept the new bid from Rangers and have reportedly stated that they are not going to listen to any proposals under the exact sum of £1 million.

Everything will be clear in the next 48 hours, and Dorrans’ move will probably depend on the possible Joe Garner transfer to Ipswich Town. If the Garner deal goes through, Rangers will have enough money to increase the bid for Dorrans.
