West Ham target Santiago Arias has revealed that his agent is currently in the process on working on a transfer which will see him move to the English Premiership, German Bundesliga or Spanish La Liga.
The Hammers have been struggling defensively this season and there is no doubt that new additions will be made to their side during the summer.
They were linked with a possible move for the Colombia international during the January transfer window though no inquiry was made by the club, possibly as they managed to sign Jose Fonte from Southampton.
Since moving to PSV in 2013, Arias has established himself as a key player of the Eredivisie side, in addition to this, he is also a mainstay of the Colombia national teams defence.
It is a definite that the 25-year-old will move to a new club as he said, “I have a contract until 2019 with PSV, but I am ready for the next step. In the summer I hope there is clarity as soon as possible.
“My agent knows I want to go to Germany, England or Spain and is working on that. After four seasons in Eindhoven it feels like an end of a cycle.”
