Hazard opens up on Chelsea’s poor season and his own inferior performances

Eden Hazard

Eden Hazard came on for Chelsea after the half-time in the Tottenham match and scored the title-deciding goal. The Belgian admitted it has been a hard season for both the Club and for him. “It’s been a complicated season for Chelsea and for me,” said Hazard who is nowhere close to the form he showed last year.

The derby night saw the clash of bitter rivals. One fighting for staying in the title race and another fighting for its pride. Hazard’s goal proved to be crucial for Chelsea and for Leicester and was the Belgian’s first goal at Stamford Bridge since the goal against Crystal Palace last year.

However, Hazard admits he feels much better now, as he has fully recovered from the injury and will be looking to finish the season with 3 wins from the remaining 3 games.

Hazard played a pivotal role last year when Chelsea clinched the Premier League Title and even this year Hazard’s goal decided the Title in Leicester’s favour.
