The win against Norwich on Saturday saw the champions return to winning ways ending a three match losing streak. Jose Mourinho and his Chelsea side will be hoping to build from their victory against the Canaries as their quest to climb up the table continues. Mourinho is still hopeful that his side will finish within the top 4. In the last few weeks the champions seem to be gaining their confidence and getting back to the form which saw them lift the league cup and league title last season. With the club opting to stay with three-time Barclays Premier League winning manager it’s a sign that they want to maintain consistency at the club and it could pay dividends in the near future and beyond . In modern football, managers rotate around the same clubs and one could argue “until when will Chelsea continue to chop and change managers?” It’s not every season that a club will win titles and it seems as though Roman and his board know better now.
