According to the Evening Standard, Tottenham Hotspur could make a move for Fulham prodigy Ryan Sessegnon next summer after failing to bring him to Wembley this January.
The 17-year-old teenager has been impressive since breaking into the Fulham’s first-team back in 2016, drawing the attention from several big European clubs, including Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Real Madrid.
Spurs have tried to secure his signature during the winter, but manager Slavisa Jokanovic has been determined to keep the progressive left-back at Craven Cottage until the end of the season.
Sessegnon is a pacey full-back with excellent technical skills, combined with exceptional crossing ability.
Mauricio Pochettino has been following the England U-19 international for almost a year, looking to replace Danny Rose, whose faith at Tottenham is still uncertain.
However, the Spurs will have to beat a fierce competition to sign Sessegnon, and the Cottagers will certainly ask for a significant amount of money to renounce their jewel.
