Tottenham reportedly looking to sign teenager to replace Llorente

According to reports, Tottenham are pushing to sign Hamburg striker Jann-Fiete Arp.

Spurs brought in Fernando Llorente during the summer to provide competition to main striker Harry Kane but the Spanish forward has so far failed to live up to expectations and thus far only scored 2 goals from 22 appearances for the club.

Considering that Llorente will turn 33 in February, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino may want to bring in a younger striker to provide competition and support to Kane.

The 18-year-old Arp has been impressive for Hamburg this season as he has churned out impressive displays and so far scored twice in nine games.

He also is showing tremendous promise and has scored and impressive 18 goals from 19 appearances for the Germany Under-17 side.

In addition to this, Arp is also reported to idolize Kane as well as Spurs and if things go their way, Pochettino could have a talented striker in his squad next season.
