Tottenham star Harry Kane has hailed his club’s new signing, Fernando Llorente and added that he can learn a lot from the veteran.
Llorente arrived to Tottenham from Swansea having impressed last season as he scored 15 goals from 33 appearances for the Welsh outfit.
The 32-year-old will be expected to provide support and competition to Kane up front this season.
The Spanish international has a wealth of experience under his belt having represented Atletic Bilbao, Sevilla and Juventus during his career and Kane feels that he is a player whom he can learn a lot from.
He said, “Fernando has been a fantastic addition. He’s a guy I can learn a lot from. He won the World Cup, Euros, Serie A and more. It’s a learning curve for me.”
Llorente should be a good cover option for Kane and proved from his stint with the Swans last season that he is capable of scoring goals regularly in England.
