According to reports, Celtic and Everton are considering signing Lovro Majer from NK Lokomotiva.
After having joined Lokomotiva in 2013, the 19-year-old Majer has established himself as one of the top rated young prospects in Croatian football and it is only a matter of time before he is snapped up by a foreign club.
The playmaker managed to notch four goals and 11 assists last season and he has started this season on excellent form after scoring four times and recording three assists from just several games.
There could be a massive battle to sign the player in January with the likes of Celtic, Everton, Watford, Lille, Nice, Sampdoria and Atletico Madrid all said to be interested in signing him.
Celtic may face a tough battle to sign the player, though he may be attracted by the possibility of regular first team football as well as the chance to appear in the Champions League.
