According to reports, Serge Aurier is unlikely to play for Tottenham during their game against Everton this Saturday.
The player has yet to train with the Spurs first team and his deadline day move from PSG to the North London club was confirmed while he was on international duty with the Ivory Coast.
The 24-year-old took part in his country’s World Cup qualification double header against Gabon and manager Mauricio Pochettino is not willing to risk him.
Kieran Trippier is also continuing to recover from an injury which he suffered during pre-season and it will be a surprise if he does end up playing.
Davinson Sanchez, who joined the Lillywhites this summer from Ajax Amsterdam, will be expected to start in the right back position.
Meanwhile Kyle Walker-Peters, who deputized in the absence of Trippier for the first few matches of the season, is on standby.
