According to reports, Leeds United are interested in signing Manchester United defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson on a loan deal.
The 20-year-old Borthwick-Jackon spent the second half of last season on loan, with Wolves for whom he made several appearances and it is likely that United boss Jose Mourinho will allow him to go out on loan once again in order to gain more experience at the highest level.
Following the departure of Charlie Taylor, the Whites only have two first team left-backs with current first choice Geatano Berardi also being better apt playing as a right back.
Borthwick-Jackson is a highly rated prospect who has been touted as a possible first team regular for United in the future.
A loan will suit both United and Leeds as it will allow the youngster to gain more experience professionally while it will also provide Thomas Christiansen’s side with a talented youngster.
